Acceptable Use of Services
This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) governs your use of the Services offered by Glassbeam, Inc. and its affiliates (“Services”) provided to you through Glassbeam’s third-party hosting provider(s)and our website(s) including http://glassbeam.com (“Glassbeam Site”) and describes how you (“you”) must use and what you cannot do with the Services. We may modify this Policy by posting a revised version on the Glassbeam Site. By using the Services or accessing the Glassbeam Site, you agree to the latest version of this Policy.
This Policy applies to the use of the Services by all of your authorized users, your customers, third-party service providers and other end-users (“Authorized Users”). You are responsible for the acts and omissions of all Authorized Users.
You may not use, or facilitate or allow others to use, the Services or the Glassbeam Site:
- for any illegal or fraudulent activity;
- to violate the rights of others;
- to threaten, incite, promote, or actively encourage violence, terrorism, or other serious harm;
- for any content or activity that promotes child sexual exploitation or abuse;
- to violate the security, integrity, or availability of any user, network, computer or communications system, software application, or network or computing device;
- to distribute, publish, send, or facilitate the sending of unsolicited mass email or other messages, promotions, advertising, or solicitations (or “spam”).
Investigation and Enforcement
Glassbeam reserves the right, but does not assume the obligation, at any time and without notice to you, to investigate any suspected violation of this Policy or misuse of Glassbeam’s Services and remove or disable access to any content or resource that violates this Policy. You agree to cooperate with us to remedy any violation. If we decide that the breach can be remedied without suspending your access to the Services, we will request you to remedy the breach within the time period that we specify. If the breach is not remedied within that time period, we reserve the right to suspend your access to the Services.
When determining whether there has been a violation of this Policy, we may consider your ability and willingness to comply with this Policy, including the policies and processes you have in place to prevent or identify and remove any prohibited content or activity.
Reporting and Cooperation
You will immediately notify Glassbeam if you become aware of any breach of this Policy and assist Glassbeam, as requested, to investigate, stop or remedy the breach.
